Brokers
Our brokers are our life blood and we work closely with them. We've found that brokers don't ask for much, but what they do ask for is a solid relationship they can count on and trust. At Aclaime we make sure that all brokers get paid at closing by ensuring that the appropriate fee is on the HUD Settlement Statement or we won't fund the deal. Also, to ensure proper communication throughout underwriting (and to not waste anyone's time), we make sure up front there's a fee agreement in place with the broker, so we can be directly introduced to the borrower(s) or seller.
