Justin Luettgerodt - Managing Partner

Mr. Luettgerodt has extensive experience in the real estate industry as a developer, investor and real estate investment advisor, in both commercial and residential markets. Mr. Luettgerodt founded and directed the day to day operations of a real estate advisory firm, which advised on over $100,000,000 worth of real estate developments. Mr. Luettgerodt brings knowledge in strategic planning, deal structure and has negotiated hundreds of real estate transactions. He specializes in real estate negotiation, financial structure and business risk functions. Mr. Luettgerodt attended Brigham Young University.

Jared Clayton - Executive Vice President

Mr. Clayton brings a wealth of experience in multiple financial sectors. Prior to joining Aclaime, Mr. Clayton was the regional head of professional money management for Fidelity Investments in Northern California and Oregon. While at Fidelity, Mr. Clayton focused on fixed income investments while working on the trading desk--specializing in bond trading for municipalities, corporations, mortgage pools, CMOs and REMICs--wherein he managed a substantial book of business and transacted over $1.5 billion (USD). Mr. Clayton has an extensive knowledge of economic forecasting, modeling trends, derivatives and fixed income markets. Mr. Clayton also has a strong background in commercial and residential real estate transactions and possesses the Series 63, 65, and 7 licenses. Mr. Clayton is a graduate of Westminster College receiving his B.S. in Business Finance.

J. Martin Tate, J.D. - Vice President - General Counsel

Mr. Tate oversees the underwriting and structuring of Aclaime’s investments and is responsible for the regulatory compliance of the Fund. Prior to joining Aclaime, he was managing director and general counsel for Harbor Capital Partners, the investment manager and general partner of the Harbor Real Asset Fund, an asset based lender. Prior to Harbor, he was Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Sentry Financial Corporation, a privately held international structured finance company and previously served as Corporate Counsel for Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., a leading sub-prime mortgage loan servicing company. Mr. Tate began his legal career as a corporate finance associate with Salt Lake City based Parsons, Behle and Latimer. Mr. Tate received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia.

Gerald Trotter - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Trotter brings a wealth of banking and economic forecasting abilities to Aclaime. Mr. Trotter has over thirteen-years of banking experience. He started his banking career as an examiner with the Utah Department of Financial Institutions. As an examiner with the State of Utah, Mr. Trotter received extensive training in all aspects of bank operations. Following his work as a bank examiner, Mr. Trotter worked for Wright Express Financial Services, a $400,000,000 industrial bank. At Wright Express Mr. Trotter was responsible for the accounting and regulatory reporting of the Bank. At Wright Express Mr. Trotter worked closely with regulators on several bank initiatives with affiliated companies to diversify the products and increase the profitability of the bank. Mr. Trotter was selected as part of a team to start Berkshire Hathaway Bank and serve as its CFO. Berkshire Hathaway Bank was a proposed Utah Industrial Bank. Mr. Trotter was also the CFO of Amplus Bank, a proposed Thrift. Mr. Trotter is a licensed CPA and has a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from Westminster College.

Dave Tolman

Mr. Tolman oversees the underwriting of horizontal and vertical development acquisitions and handles the project management and disposition responsiilities for Aclaime. Mr. Tolman brings over 37 years of real estate development,vertical construction, complex entitlements and marketing experience to Aclaime. He has developed and sold over 3,000 units which span across multiple sectors of the real estate industry. Mr. Tolman worked for Terracor, the Busch Corporation and Millstream Associates prior to starting his own development company which he has ran for the past 23 years.

Keeley Jones

Mr. Jones oversees the forecasting, financial modeling and asset valuations for Aclaime. Mr. Jones has been a partner at CBRE’s Private Client Group in Salt Lake City for the past 10 years and is experienced in complex financial analysis and ‘tough-to-value’ assets. Mr. Jones has participated in over $600 million of investment sales and conducted full due diligence on billions of dollars in real estate. Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Science and MBA from the University of Utah.

Natalie Williams - Executive Assistant

Ms. Williams brings a tremendous work ethic and all around ability to Aclaime. Her ability to adapt and improvise to any given situation is key to managing Aclaime's operations. Previously she was the Administrative Assistant to a working staff of approximately 30 employees at Icon Health & Fitness for over seven years. At Aclaime she directs all office operations, handles all accounting practices and plays a crucial client relations role. Ms. Williams is also in charge of dealing with all outside parties and handles all special projects. Ms. Williams attended Bridgerland Applied Technology College.
